Gingerbread cookies

In my apartment you can still feel that Christmas atmosphere. There's a Christmas tree, lights, candles, as well as super delicious gingerbread cookies that I made for my Christmas couple of days ago. And here's the recipe I used to make them. P.S. Ingridients:- 3 cups of whole wheat flour- 2 teaspoons of ground ginger- 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon- 3/4 teaspoon of salt- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder - 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil- 1/2 cup od dates syrup- 1 large egg
Method1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, salt, cloves, pepper, baking soda and baking powder. Whisk until blended.2. In a small mixing bowl, combine coconut oil and dates syrup and whisk until combined. Add one egg and whisk until the mixture is thoroughly blended.3. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry and mix until combined. Shape the mixture into a round disc, wrap it in a plastic wrap and leave in the fridge to chill until cold (about 1 hour or up to overnight).4. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.5. Use cookie cutters to cut out cookie shapes as you wish, place them on a baking sheet and bake on 180 degrees from 8 to 11 minutes.






Kod mene u stanu se još uvek može osetiti praznična atmosfera. Tu su jelka, sijalice, sveća i miris ovih predivnih medenjaka koje sam ispekla za svoj Božić. Sastojci:- 3 šoljice brašna- 2 kašičice đumbira u prahu- 2 kašičice cimeta- 3/4 kašičice soli- 1/2 kašičica karanfilčića- 1/2 kašičice bibera- 1/2 kašičice sode bikarbone- 1/4 kašicice praška za pecivo- 1/2 šoljice kokosovog ulja- 1/2 šoljice sirupa od urmi- 1 jaje
Priprema:1. U osrednju posudu umutiti brašno, đumbir u prahu, cimet, so, karanfilčiće, biber, sodu bikarbonu i prašak za pecivo.2. U drugu posudu pomešati kokosovo ulje i sirup od urmi, a zatim dodati jedno jaje i dobro umutiti..3. Obe smese sjediniti u jednu, a zatim staviti u frižider da se stegne (1 sat ili može čak i da prenoći).4. Zagrejati rernu na 250 stepeni.5. Dobijenu smesu oblikovati po želji, poređati na pleh, a zatim na peći na 180 stepeni od 8 do 11 minuta.
